REFUND & EXCHANGES
PLEASE ENSURE YOU CAREFULLY REVIEW YOUR ORDER AND OUR SIZE GUIDE TO CONFIRM THE CORRECT ITEM/SIZE/FIT SELECTION.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I HAVE PURCHASED?

We allow returns within 14 days, provided all tags are attached, and items are unwashed, unworn, and in new condition.

SALE ITEMS

Choose wisely, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Exercise caution when selecting your size for pre-ordered items, as exchanges or returns cannot be accommodated due to the tailored nature of these items.

SUBMITTING A RETURN

Reach out to our customer care team at info@freedomfm.store with your order number to initiate a return. The processing will occur promptly upon receiving the parcel. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, and we recommend tracking your item as we are not liable for lost items during transit.

WHEN WILL MY REFUND BE PROCESSED?

We strive to process refunds within 3 working days of receiving your returned parcel. An email notification will be sent, and please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving the product. Items outside this return window won't be accepted. Ensure items are in pristine condition, as received, with all tags and hygiene labels.

International orders marked as "size checking and return," such as ordering two of the same items in different sizes, won't be refunded due to limited stock. If uncertain about your size, contact us at info@freedomfm.store before ordering for assistance.

WHAT TO DO

Email info@freedomfm.store with your order details, including order # and style/size. Specify the reason for return, and if applicable, indicate the style & size of your desired replacement item.

Place the items for return in a package or envelope and send to the returns address provided below. Include a copy of the original invoice and your returns email. Also, email us with the tracking number once shipped. FREEDOM㎙ PTY LTD is not responsible for lost shipments.
