How much does it cost for shipping?


DOMESTIC CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES

We offer free express shipping on Australian orders over $150. For orders under $150, there will be a flat rate fee of $7.95.

INTERNATIONAL CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES

As a valued customer you'll get free express international shipping on orders over $349.95 for clothing and accessories

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES

It's improbable, but there is a chance that your domestic customs authorities might impose import duties and taxes upon the arrival of your parcel in your country. The specific rates depend on the type of goods and the import location. While you may not always have to pay duties or import taxes, it's crucial to familiarize yourself with the potential duties and thresholds applicable in your country to be prepared in case charges are incurred, preventing any unexpected surprises.

Please be aware that if you opt not to pay import taxes or duties and instead reject the parcel, a refund for your order will not be provided.

HOW LONG DO DELIVERIES TAKE?

Our constant endeavor is to ensure the swift delivery of your parcel. Within one day of your purchase, your order will be carefully picked and packed.

All deliveries will be made to your specified address between 8 am and 5 pm.

In the case of domestic standard orders, anticipate your parcel to reach you within 2-3 working days, contingent on your location.

For domestic express orders, you can look forward to receiving your parcel within 1-2 days.


INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS DELIVERY TIMES

UK and Europe express orders are now anticipated to arrive within 7-10 days.

New Zealand express orders are expected to be delivered in 3 days.

USA and Asia Pacific express orders are now estimated to take 4-5 days.

Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be provided, allowing you to monitor your parcel's journey to your location.

It's important to note that delays caused by shipping couriers, credit card verification processes, customs holds, holidays, and other external third parties are beyond our control.

If you haven't already got a confirmation with tracking number check your spam folder of your email account.
